What a gift these two legs are that hold up our bodies and give us the opportunity to walk, walk, and walk some more. This April, I had the fortunate time to visit the Smokey Mountains with some of the ladies of my family. Over a weekend, we got to know each other by the sound of our footsteps and how the mountain air caused each of us to sing in our own way.

Kitchen Court Coffee Party | volume one

Here in my house, there is a long standing tradition of gathering together - eating and laughing and discussing worldly things. Here in my house, we drink lots of coffee and bake bread and play music to pass the time together with friends. Here in my house, we welcome differing perspectives and musical melodies as often as our neighbors and friends are willing. Here in my house, we hold a Kitchen Court to play chess with all matters in this world. My house is your house, and your house can be anything you want it to be.
